West Brom boss Tony Mowbray won't break his wage structure to bring in new signings.

"We've got a wage structure at West Brom and the players all understand that. It's a philosophy I try to have and it won't be broken," Mowbray said. "But sometimes the expectations from players' advisers are way beyond where we can go. That's fine by me. But the search for new players is continuing."
