West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has urged fullback Marek Cech to keep his head up.
"I like Marek a lot," Mowbray told the club's website.
"He is a good man, a super professional and I am delighted he is at our club.
"They all want to play football and I could mention Marek and two or three others who are worthy of playing in the team and cannot get in at the moment.
"Of course, playing internationals benefits them.
"The best-case scenario is to have somebody in the team doing a job and keeping the guy who is on a par with him out of the team because he is consistent.
"If you have that all over the team, with 11 guys knocking on the office door every day asking for a chance, that is good."
