West Brom boss Mowbray unsure of Kim Do-heon deal

The Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma midfielder is keen to try his luck in England and his representatives are equally eager to see him join the promotion-chasing Baggies as Mowbray knows only too well.

"I never speak to the player but I have seen some lovely pictures of him and his wife at their wedding which have been sent to my computer," Mowbray told The Birmingham Mail.

"The agent is trying to get across that he's a big star in Korea. There are thousands of people at his wedding, its front page news over there so he's sent me the pictures to make sure I'm aware of it.

"What they don't always do is work out the time difference very well. As the manager of the team I take things so far and I was trying to deal with somebody who is living in Korea and phoning me at strange times."

The newspaper reports that the major stumbling block to the 25 year-old moving the Midlands is the fact the English club would prefer a loan deal while Seongnam are seeking a permanent transfer.

"It comes to a point where I go to my technical director and ask him to deal with it. If we can do it we'll do it, if we can't we won't. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it - it's still ongoing as far as I know," added Mowbray.
