West Brom boss Tony Mowbray says Baggies fans can make a big impact in the Premiership next season.
"In tight games it does help and the one which sticks in the mind is the Colchester game when I looked around and saw an empty stadium. I can understand it to an extent, but the supporters need to stay with the team.
"The thing that sticks in my mind is the Green Bay Packers. I read a lot about American Football because I am inspired by their coaches.
"Nobody leaves their stadium, even if they're 50-0 down. Everyone waits until the final whistle and if you can get to that then it's footballing utopia.
"Can you imagine that in England, with the whole stadium showing solidarity until the final whistle?
"That's what I would like to get to."
