The 25-year-old insists that his long-term future remains at Emirates Stadium.

"I was in talks before the Euros but, hopefully, we can sit down together one of these days again.

"That is my intention, always to commit to this club, it is a great team.

"I love to play lots of combination football, so I am in the right place."
