The 23 U.S. players in training camp for the games against Cuba and Trinidad and Tobago ply their trade in 14 different leagues in 12 different countries. The countries represented are: England (4), USA (4), Germany (3), France (2), Mexico (2), Scotland (2), Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Norway, Spain and Sweden.
