Matthew Upson insists West Ham's poor home record is all in their heads.

He said: "There is a psychological reason why we are not as good at home. The players are aware when the supporters are unhappy with the kind of football they see played at home and that is the nature of being at West Ham.

"At this club you have got to be able to put up with that pressure, otherwise you are not going to deal with it."
