Birmingham City fans will be excited by the shopping list of manager Alex McLeish, says co-owner David Sullivan.

"We can't do anything at the moment in terms of pre-contracts and speaking to agents, we have to make sure we stay up first," he told the Birmingham Mail. "If we don't, then it puts us back a year or two. But Alex has got quite a few players in mind, current internationals, who look very impressive.

"I think Alex is a very good judge of a player and we're excited about what could be ahead. We've just got to avoid relegation, which I am confident we can do."
