St Mirren boss Gus MacPherson has warned his out-of-contract players that they will have to earn their new deals over the final matches of the season.
The Paisley outfit are all but safe following Gretna's ten point penalty for entering administration but MacPherson wants their remaining nine matches to mean something.
"We've said for some time that there's plenty to play for. I want these players to show us what the remainder of the season means to them."
