West Brom striker Bartosz Slusarski is set to sign permanently with Sheffield Wednesday.
The 26-year-old West Brom striker joined the Owls on loan in March and has done enough to impress manager Brian Laws. West Brom boss Tony Mowbray is willing to let the Pole move on as he shapes the Baggies for the Premier.
