"He has changed the culture, the style, and I think that he has learned to delegate. He has introduced the quality and talent of the players, with effort, commitment and work," Calderon said.

On plans for the summer market, Calderon added: "I want to make very few changes because we are happy with the team, with the environment and how the players are committed to everything they do."
