Cabanas told Informador: "I want to stay. Playing in Europe would please me, but right now I don't want to leave America, I want to win something here. I want to be champion and hopefully it'll happen this season.

"What I have to do is work hard, be focused, be at 100 percent with the team and then we'll see what will happen.

"I don't know anything about (interest from English clubs), you must speak about this to my agent or to the club."
