The North Queensland Football Club has deferred the launch date of the club because two key stakeholders were unavailable to attend on the original date. They are the sentiments of club chairman Don Matheson who has allayed fears that the club does not have enough cash in the coffers to please the Football Federation of Australia. The launch of the club's nickname, logos and colours will now be held next Thursday. "For those guys to miss out on the launch would have been an injustice," Matheson told Fox Sports. "There are absolutely no issues financially."
