MK Dons chairman Pete Winkelman fears his manager Paul Ince will eventually be lured away to the Premiership.

Ince has been linked with a number of jobs in the past, however Winkelman insists the club will do everything within their power to hold onto their manager.

"Every top job that comes up people are going to think about Paul Ince - quite rightly because he is a top manager," he said The Sun.

"But our job is to try and keep hold of him as long as we can. And I believe it will take something special - maybe a Premier League job - before Paul would want to leave here."
