Middlesbrough Cup scorer Lee desperate for England stay

Lee said: "I've not been playing a lot but I've made a target that I'll try and settle in England. My contract is up at the end of the season but nothing's been decided yet. We'll look at it again then.

"Home games are more difficult for me than away ones. The crowd boo me sometimes. I find that hard to deal with. It's become a burden for me.

"Hopefully, I can turn that round with performances on the pitch. I've found it difficult to get used to the different environment in England.

"But I've managed to settle well in the area, I have my wife with me and two children and that's important for me. They weren't here at the beginning but it's much better now."
