Pedro Moutinho has agreed a two-year deal with Portuguese side C.S Maritimo.

The Falkirk forward has jumped at the chance to join Maritimo who will be playing European football next year.

"Pedro has left Falkirk and signed a two-year deal with Maritimo," revealed Moutinho's agent Phil McTaggart.

"The main attraction for him to leave and join Maritimo is the fact they will be playing in the Uefa Cup next season after qualifying from their league.

"It also means he can return to his homeland and his partner is from Madeira so Maritimo were an attractive proposition for Pedro."
