Levy accepts Spurs not "decisive" in summer market

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy accepts they weren't aggressive enough in the summer market in finding replacements for former strike-pair Dimitar Berbatov (Manchester United) and Robbie Keane (Liverpool).

In an open letter to Spurs fans, Levy wrote: "Quite simply, we failed because we were not as decisive or as successful in identifying or replacing the two strikers as early as we should have been. Perhaps these insights will help once and for all to de-bunk the myths that have been perpetuated around these transfers."
