Larsson: No panic at Birmingham

Birmingham City midfielder Sebastian Larsson insists no-one's panicking after a slow start to the season.

He said: "You are not going to be happy with one point after three games, of course not.

"We feel there is potential in the team. We could easily have got six points by now.

"So we don't feel as if we are out of it already, that we are playing in a league that is too good for us. We know that we can definitely compete and we should have taken more points than we've got.

"We haven been outplayed in any game, and that's encouraging. You don't really know where you're going to be, or how the team will adapt, when you come into the Premier League at first.

"I just don't think the league is beyond us, not at all and there are 35 games to go. I am sure we will pick up enough wins and enough points."

As for scanning the league position, Larsson added: "I'm not, at least, worried about the table.

"I feel we're in there competing and that we will start to move up."
