Sebastian Larsson has indicated he's prepared to help Birmingham City bounce back from relegation.

The Swedish midfielder said: "It's so disappointing being relegated. It's funny because ever since the new management team have come in, it's felt great.

"It's felt like we have been moving in the right direction all of the time. At the end of the day, it's us players who have to take responsibility for being relegated.

"I don't think the management should, it's down to us. The players would say it's been great under them. Obviously we haven't been great on the pitch.

"But we can come back up straight away. We have to come back stronger. As a team, we have to bounce back."
