Joorabchian: South America's best youngsters want Premiership moves

Kia Joorabchian says South America's best young players now want to play in England's Premiership.

Joorabchian told the Sunday Times: "In the past there was an issue with young foreign players adapting to the Premier League but now, with most teams playing really good football, it's not the case. Carlos (Tevez) and Javier (Mascherano) came to West Ham aged 22 and within two seasons both played in Champions League finals. (Manchester) City are front-runners for Jo by a distance and once their managerial situation is resolved, we're pretty sure the deal will get done."
