Italy boss Roberto Donadoni has shrugged off speculation over his contract.

Speaking after last night's 3-1 defeat of Faroe Islands, Donadoni said: "The contract is again a futile debate. I was asked a question about this and I answered in a civil fashion, but this is not an issue I want to think about right now.

"It's not important to me and therefore shouldn't be important to the journalists either."
