Italian clubs are circling for released West Ham midfielder Freddie Ljungberg.

The Swede's agent, Klas Elefalk, told Tuttomercatoweb: "There are still many contacts with Italian clubs. Indeed, I can say, they call me almost every day.

"There are at least five clubs from Italy that would like him."
