The 28 year old captain of the Highland outfit told the club's official website: "I am really pleased to have agreed a new contract with the club. To be playing SPL football for my hometown team has been like a dream come true and my career has gone better than I could have imagined."

Manager Craig Brewster added: "I am delighted to have secured Grant on a new contract. As club captain, he is a vital part of my team and the negotiations have gone very smoothly with him.

"This news will give everyone at the club a lift and he continues to be a player that all local youngsters can aspire to."
