The company which runs Falkirk's home ground has denied reports it has gone into liquidation. FCSL chairman Peter Eadie said: "We have not gone into liquidation and the company is solvent.

"We continue to have discussions with our shareholders as to the correct route that will see the stadium completed and playing an important role within the community for many years to come.

"The message is very clear - it is business as usual at The Falkirk Stadium."

The stadium is run by Falkirk Council and Falkirk Football Club jointly as Falkirk Community Stadium Ltd.
