The 26-year-old, who has joined the Dons on a two-year deal, trained with his new team-mates for the first time on Monday.

Formerly with Falkirk prior to moving to Tannadice five years ago, Kerr will be allocated squad number eight, previously utilised by Barry Nicholson who left for English Coca-Cola Championship side Preston.

Kerr joins Gary McDonald, Bertrand Bossu and Sam Stewart as manager Jimmy Calderwood's other close-season signings.
