Birmingham City midfielder Wilson Palacios has been blocked from re-entering the country due to visa problems.

Palacios flew back to Honduras after his younger brother, Edwin Rene, was kidnapped.

Birmingham manager Alex McLeish said: "He has got visa problems and he has got to re-apply before he can come back in."
