The Moroccan international has fallen out of favour with new boss Mixu Paatelainen who has preferred the strike pairing of Steven Fletcher and Colin Nish.

His agent, Clive Hart, said: "The bottom line is this year hasn't happened for him and it's not inconceivable e that for all parties concerned it might be the best thing to move him on."
