Athletic Bilbao are sending youngsters Joseba Garmendia and Ion Velez away on-loan.
Eibar are looking at Garmendia, while Velez is expected to sign for Cadiz when the winter market opens. Bilbao teammate Unai Rosenblatt could also be allowed to leave with his contract expiring in June."
