Arsenal boss Wenger: Man Utd clash will stop world

He is sure his young Guns can shoot down United before a TV audience of a billion.

And Wenger declared: "The world will stop to watch this game.

"We want to extend our lead by winning and dominating United. I have missed the rivalry these last two seasons.

"We haven't contested the title and that's why the games have not been as intense as those in the past.

"But the match is the most important thing - not what happens in the corridor before or after it."

Wenger believes more skill will be on show today at the Emirates than in previous showdowns.

He added: "Maybe the teams are more technical and a little bit less physical than a few years ago.

"Of course, the commitment is always very high. But we have no Vieira or Keane now."
