Antonio Conte is well aware that it will be tricky to reignite his Chelsea players following the international break.

Those from the Blues squad that were involved with their national teams over the past week are due back at Cobham on Thursday and Friday as Conte prepares his team for Sunday's clash with Swansea City.

Conte told Chelsea TV of the difficulties he faces in getting the club mentality back into his players: "After the international break it's always very tough to restart because many players don't arrive back until the end of the week.

"But we must quickly find our concentration and be focused because we know we play a tough game against Swansea and we want to prepare in the best way."

Chelsea currently sit second on the Premier League table with three wins from three matches ahead of Sunday's meeting with the Swans at Liberty Stadium.
