Italy coach Antonio Conte says he won't be quitting.

Conte is experiencing a Juventus backlash after an injury scare suffered by Claudio Marchisio last week.

He said: "I have read about that, but I keep going. I know it won't be easy, but like [legendary Italian track athlete Pietro] Mennea used to say, to realise a great dream, it takes a great effort.

"Regardless of everything else, I keep on doing my job, and I know that there is a lot of work to be done."
