Chelsea legend Pat Nevin thinks that manager Antonio Conte will have to find places for Diego Costa and Eden Hazard in his starting eleven irrespective of the system he chooses to play this season.

Both players looked at their best and were on the scoresheet during the 2-1 win over West Ham United on Monday.

Nevin writes for Chelsea's official website: "It is worth underlining that even though Diego might as well grow a moustache and wax it like a pantomime villain for most weeks, he was brilliant and his footballing display challenged Eden Hazard for the man of the match.

"Both of those guys look world class again this season which certainly bodes well after the tortures of the last one.

"Whatever the system is, Antonio will definitely find a place for the two of them."
