Antonio Conte is clear to take charge of Tottenham tonight against Europa Conference League opponents Vitesse.

The Daily Mail says Conte has been cleared to take charge of Tottenham for the first time tonight after receiving international clearance.

The Italian was appointed Spurs' new boss on Tuesday but has not been able to officially start work as he and his staff awaited their work permits from the Home Office.

But Conte has now received the relevant documentation for him to take start work and will be in the dug-out for tonight's European Conference League clash against Vitesse Arnhem.
