Italy coach Antonio Conte has hit out at his critics. Conte has been slammed by Juve fans after Claudio Marchisio picked up a knee injury in training this week.

"I'm bothered by those who try to use my past against me," said the former Juventus coach .

"But I don't mind the controversy, I've always lived in it. Professor [Enrico] Castellacci already explained everything [about the injury]."

Italy meet Bulgaria tonight in their Euro 2016 qualifier.
