Barcelona's Champions League clash with Napoli next week will be played in front of an empty Nou Camp.
Napoli will travel to Spain defending a 1-0 lead for the second-leg of their Champions League round 16 tie.
And now Barcelona, at the request of the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, agreed this morning the game will be played behind closed doors at the Nou Camp. The decision has been made to avoid the risk of crowds and contagion of the coronavirus, which has already seen all sport in Italy suspended until April 3.
The decision was made at the meeting held this morning at the headquarters of the Health Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya, next to the Estadi, which was also attended by Gerard Figueras, Secretary General of l'Esport, who confirmed to the media the news.
The damage to Barça's coffers will be around €4.5m in return tickets and those unsold.
