Carlos Tevez could be stuck at Manchester City for next season.
The Sun says they took stuck with each other after he was ordered to do 250 hours' community service for driving offences.
Tevez hinted in January that he would like to extend his stay but no talks are planned.
There is certain to be interest from abroad if the striker decides to move on - or City want to sell him - with AC Milan and Brazilian side Corinthians showing interest recently.
But Tevez, 29, would have to apply for a special amendment through the courts if he wanted to quit the UK before completing his punishment.
And that could prove difficult as Tevez is unlikely to have done the hours before the August transfer window shuts.
