Cologne sports chief Jörg Schmadtke has confirmed talks with Chelsea over Tomas Kalas.
Kalas is expected to move to the German club on a season-long loan.
"Nothing has been signed, but I'm assuming he's coming," revealed Schmadtke.
Cologne return to the Bundesliga next season as 2.Bundesliga champions.
