Newcastle United defender Fabricio Coloccini is delighted with their start to the season.

United find themselves in the dizzy heights of the top 10 in the Premier League, and Coloccini was delighted with United's start as they head into the international break.

He told the Evening Chronicle: "It's a good start, and so far so good - we want to continue like this.

"The season is very long and we won't rest until we have the required points that we need to stay here."
