Jack Collison insists he's ready to stay and fight for his place at West Ham United.

The Wales midfielder is struggling to get off the bench.

"The likes of myself and others are disappointed and are working hard in training so when that opportunity comes, it's up to us to take it and keep hold of the shirt," insisted Collison.
