Carlton Cole says West Ham United's Dubai trip has helped new teammates Antonio Nocerino and Marco Borriello to introduce themselves.
West Ham have just returned from their warm weather training camp.
"It was perfect for them. Obviously Marco and Antonio are used to their warm weather anyway, and it was nice to be in that kind of climate for them to get integrated into the team and get to know them as well," striker Cole told whufc.com.
