Former England star Joe Cole admits he's been impressed by Jack Grealish at Manchester City this season.

Grealish is currently enjoying career best form.

Cole said, "He plays for arguably the best coach in world football, in the biggest matches and plays fantastically well, he influences matches.

"We talk about all the invisible things he does, driving the ball, holding onto it, the importance of passing, he scores more goals, more assists.

"He looks like a leader. He also defends, unbelievable."
