Relegation-threatened League One club Colchester United have agreed a new three-year deal with shirt sponsor Weston Homes, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The local development firm, which already title sponsors Colchester's Weston Homes Community Stadium, has featured on United's shirts for the past two seasons.

"Colchester has a fantastic community spirit and the Community Stadium is at its heart," said Bob Weston, chief executive of Weston Homes.

"We are delighted to provide continued support to the team and the local community."

No financial details were revealed.
