Terry Dunfield insist he holds no grudges against Toronto FC despite a premature end to his career with the club.
The 31-year old Canadian midfielder, who has had previous spells with Manchester City, Bury, Macclesfield Town and Shrewsbury Town, was waived by TFC in June despite taking out the clubs MVP award in 2012.
Dunfield is now looking for a new club by keeping himself fit with former outfit Vancouver Whitecaps and made it clear that his time with TFC will not be forgotten.
"I enjoyed my two-and-a-bit years in Toronto and things were going OK at the beginning of the year there and then the team sort of went through a tough patch," Dunfield said. "It was tough watching from the sidelines and the club decided to go in a different direction.
"You can't dwell on it too long. It's just important to get fit again and hopefully find somewhere to play."
