Club Brugge goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has described Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling as an "unbelievable player".
Sterling has been struggling for regular starts in the City team of late but Mignolet, who played in the same Liverpool side as the 26-year-old early in his career, does not doubt his quality.
Mignolet said at a press conference: "When he was at Liverpool he was already an incredible player. I'm not surprised at all about his career and the way he has played, and the way he is playing.
"He is just an unbelievable player.
"Of course he might wish to play more regularly at the moment but with all the quality and all the competition there is for places inside this Manchester City dressing room it is always difficult to get minutes."
