PSG defender David Luiz is on his way to London, according to French sources.

Chelsea and PSG have been haggling today over terms for the Brazilian, with claims an agreement over a fee has now been struck.

And both L'Equipe and Le Parisian reports Luiz is now on the Eurostar bound from Paris to London.

The defender's deal is being driven at Chelsea's end by club owner Roman Abramovich, who is stumping up €40 million to sign the Champions League winner.

For his part, Luiz is excited by the move, telling friends this morning that he was eager for the deal to happen.
