Claudio Yacob has signed a new deal with West Brom.

Yacob has signed a new two-year contract at the club.

The 29-year-old's current deal was set to expire at the end of this season but he will now remain at The Hawthorns until 2018, with the option of a further year.

"I'm pleased to sign a new deal with the Club," he said. "It wasn't a difficult decision because everyone working at the club, the fans and the players have all made me feel very comfortable since I've been here.

"Hopefully I can continue to play in the team. I'm happy."
