Giorgio Ciaschini says Carlo Ancelotti would still be in charge of Bayern Munich if they had signed Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

Ciaschini is a long time assistant to Ancelotti and knows how highly Napoli's coach rates Koulibaly.

He told RMC: "Ancelotti knows him, we talked about him during the time of Bayern Munich.

"Probably if Koulibaly had arrived in Germany, we would still be working in the Bundesliga, I think he is a fundamental player for Napoli.

"He is the only player I would take away from the Azzurri if I were an opposing team."
