Chung-yong Lee nets opener in Bolton win

Bolton winger Chung-yong Lee opened up the scoring at the Reebok Stadium last night as his side recorded a 3-1 win over West Ham.

The 21-year old South Korea international finished easily in the 64th minute after a lovely through-ball from Ivan Klasnic to reward the home side for their earlier domination of the contest.

Five minutes later the Hammers were on level terms when Alessandro Diamanti netted but his good work was undone when goalkeeper Robert Green was unable to hold on to a harmless Gary Cahill shot which came from a Lee pass and Klasnic was on hand to tuck away for a 2-1 lead after the England international somehow spilled the ball.

The error but a dent in West Ham's confidence and they conceded the match when Cahill headed home in the 88th minute, making it 3-1.

It was Lee's third goal in Bolton colours since joining the club in August from FC Seoul and capped off another impressive performance.
