Christian Chivu admits Wesley Sneijder's departure from Inter Milan is a controversial subject.

The Romanian defender has conceded that he does not judge the 28-year-old for leaving.

"It is a touchy subject," he told Inter Channel. "Some players have been offered a contract worth a certain amount of money.

"So it's difficult to go back to them in the same period and reduce that amount.

"I do not judge anyone in that situation because different people react in different ways.

"I personally feel at home at Inter - I believe in this project. I feel the affection of this club, so I will stay."
