Chivas USA have appointed Arturo Galvez as the clubs new president and chief business officer.
Galvez comes to the MLS outfit after a spell as director at Club Guadalajara and replaces Jose David in Los Angeles.
Galvez has held a variety of management and directing positions with the Jorge Vergara-owned Grupo Omnilife, his previous roles including International director and legal director for Club Guadalajara in Mexico and Deportivo Saprissa in Costa Rica.
The new Goats president was also heavily involved in Grupo Omnilife's full acquisition of Club Guadalajara last year.
